Client reviews
Why Brisbane keeps recommending us
“Wade conducted an initial review of the contract and astutely identified details that could have become relevant, recommending minor amendments prior to exchange. Rosie then efficiently managed the settlement within 30 days — consistently proactive, professional and responsive. As we were interstate and unfamiliar with Queensland regulations, her clear communication and practical guidance were invaluable.”
“Nicole managed two simultaneous settlements seamlessly from start to finish. Her attention to detail, organisation and professionalism gave us complete confidence — and her responsiveness stood out. No matter the time or question, she was always quick to reply and kept us fully informed at every stage.”
“Jodie and Wade handled both selling our old home and buying our new one, with both settlements on the same day. Jodie made what could have been a really stressful process feel completely seamless — organised, proactive and communicative right through to settlement. Would happily recommend the team to anyone buying or selling.”
Common questions
Conveyancing, answered straight
What does your fixed fee actually cover?
A standard residential purchase or sale fee covers the contract review, all standard searches, special-condition drafting, lender and agent liaison, PEXA settlement and post-settlement notifications. We confirm the figure in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices at settlement.
Is the contract review really free?
Yes. We'll read your contract, flag any risks and recommend amendments before you sign — at no cost and with no obligation to engage us for the settlement. It's the most common reason buyers contact us first.
Will I deal with a solicitor or a paralegal?
Both. Every file is led by an admitted solicitor who reviews your contract and any complex issues, while a dedicated paralegal manages day-to-day milestones and updates. You'll know exactly who to call and you'll get an answer the same day.
I'm buying from interstate — can you still act for me?
Absolutely. A large portion of our clients are interstate or overseas. Everything can be handled by phone, email and electronic signing, and we'll walk you through any Queensland-specific rules — disclosure statements, cooling-off and PEXA — in plain English.
My settlement date is tight — can you still take it on?
In most cases, yes. We routinely complete 30-day settlements and can move faster when finance and searches allow. Call 07 3229 1445 with your contract dates and we'll tell you straight away whether we can hit the deadline.
